Tech Founders..
There are over 50,000 software dev shops on Clutch. Why should US clients work with your firm?
FAQ. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING A MEETING
I work directly with software dev founders to run a 2-week outbound sales diagnostic covering your full funnel (from sourcing and closing new clients to retaining and upselling accounts), sales team structure and sales tech stack.
The goal is to understand what’s working and what’s broken. At the end, you get an actionable game plan focused on quick wins: closing your next client, cutting wasted sales tools spend, optimizing comp plans, fixing outreach messaging, or hiring top sales talent.
Most recommendations can be executed internally by you and your sales team, though I can also introduce trusted specialized vendors if extra hands-on execution is needed.
Most of my clients share these 3 things in common:
1. Firm Profile & Team:
You run a software dev shop (2+ years in business) with 20-250 employees, $1M-$10M in annual revenue, and a US or EU HQ. Founder is actively selling and you have 1-10 sales reps (ideally US-based, or you are ready to hire here).
2. Target Clients & Deal Size:
At least 50% of your revenue comes from US-based SMBs or Mid-Market clients (not heavy Enterprise procurement cycles). Your typical contract value ranges between $20k and $200k+.
3. Active Sales Motion & Tech Stack:
You’re already running a basic outbound motion and not relying 100% on inbound or referrals. You use a CRM and sales tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.) or are ready to invest in them.
The diagnostic delivers maximum ROI during 2 key moments:
Scenario A: First US hire (sales team based in EU)
Financial Impact*: Prevents burning $60k+ in salary, tools, and recruiter fees on a failed 6-month ramp by building the playbook before you hire.
Scenario B: You have a US sales team, but reps aren't sourcing & closing deals
Financial Impact*: Stops an ongoing $10k-$30k+/month payroll burn on unproductive reps and unlocks $100k+ in stalled pipeline revenue.
*These numbers are intentionally conservative and exclude commissions, benefits, software tools, coaching, taxes, and travel expenses. Real financial impact is much larger.
Every founder I worked with in the past came in with a different starting point and a different goal. After working with me, some of them were able to completely transform their tech firm by focusing on the right ICP. Some of them made only slight improvements and got wins. Some of them did nothing for various reasons - and that’s also okay (priorities can change).
Examples of some client wins after the diagnostic:
• Niche Focus: Switched to the right ICP (LMS development), raised prices, and dominated the niche
• Tool Savings: Saved over $40k by consolidating sales tools
• Pipeline Growth: Generated over $300k in pipeline in less than 2 months
• Hiring Waste: Saved over $120k on 2 potential sales hires, adjusted the ICP and outbound messaging before the next hire
• Team Efficiency: Redesigned the comp plan and improved sales team performance
• Hiring Costs: Hired a NY-based sales rep and saved $10k on recruiter fees
• Auto-Renewal Trap: Stopped upcoming auto-renewal for unused sales tools to avoid waste
We can discuss more stories during our intro call.
4 main reasons:
1) Proven Track Record:
Closed $4.34M ACV & $5.07M TCV at ZoomInfo (3.8-year period) and sourced hundreds of meetings for other tech companies. I know how US clients think and buy.
2) Niche Dev Shop Focus:
Advised 20+ dev firm founders (my own clients) on outbound sales. I saw the patterns and I understand how to fix the issues your business is having.
3) Team & Tech Guidance:
Worked with top tech sales leaders for 10+ years. I know what makes a great sales hire, how to structure comp plans that drive performance, and which sales tools are worth buying (and which to avoid to save money).
4) Earned Trust (The Most Important One!):
Founders work with me because they know I treat their business like my own. I only recommend what actually moves the needle, without trying to push extra services or software they don't need.
Inbound and partners are great, but with outbound, you have more control, especially if you have a slow month. Outbound is also much cheaper and faster if done right.
Inbound & partners require a big marketing budget and deep ICP knowledge.
Actually, during our sales diagnostic, I can show you how, by implementing some of my outbound best practices, you can significantly improve inbound requests and partner referrals. All 3 work perfectly together, but outbound motion is the core.
Most lead gen agencies use "diagnostic" to pitch their specific monthly service. If your business has a Problem Z, but they specialize in Problems A and B, they will try to sell you A and B anyway and keep you for as long as possible.
My diagnostic is completely different: I charge a single flat fee and offer no retainers or upsells. I'm not biased. Most of my recommendations can be executed in-house by your team, saving you tens of thousands of dollars.
On top of that, many sales experts build playbooks for funded SaaS companies burning cash. I focus exclusively on bootstrapped software dev firms with 15-30% margins, where every dollar counts.
I only work 1:1 with the founder or co-founders. I don't work directly with the sales team.
Happy to explain why it's more effective during our intro meeting.
AI is great at many things, but you need to know exactly what questions to ask and what data to submit to get useful results. Also, AI gives generic advice that your competitors are getting as well (like standard signal-based email copy for CTOs).
I leverage AI for parts of the analysis too, but the real value comes from years of sales experience. I recognize the patterns to determine which outbound motion will actually work best for your specific ICP.
Short answer: I don't offer any sales execution or coaching to my clients. Most of my recommendations can be executed in-house by your sales team, saving you tens of thousands of dollars.
Sometimes, the founders come to me with A,B,C problems and after 2 weeks, we both realize that these problems are not real, but we have X and Y problems to work on.
If we both decide during the diagnostic that you really need external help, I can suggest some trusted vendors from my network to help with execution.
If we both decide that the diagnostic is the right next step after our intro meeting, you will receive a detailed game plan showing how the diagnostic works and what the expected outcomes can be for your unique case.
Most of the prep work can be handled by you and your team before our official start date. Collecting all the necessary data usually takes anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days.
During the sales diagnostic, I perform most of the work asynchronously, but expect to spend 4-8 hours with me in the first couple of days. At the end of Week 2, expect to spend another 4 hours with me to review the recommendations and discuss your game plan.
Usually, I ask founders to share their ICP profile, sales playbook, call scripts, sequences, closed-lost deals, details from the last 10 closed-won deals (recordings, emails, proposals), active pipeline deals, team structure, comp plans, and current tech stack usage & contracts.
If you don't have all of this data today, don't worry. We'll discuss your situation during our intro meeting to decide if it's the right time to start the diagnostic.
No, the intro call and all diagnostic work are conducted strictly 1:1 with the founder or co-founders. I keep these conversations completely confidential from your sales team, and I'm happy to explain why this approach is so effective during our call.
Sometimes I take intro calls with sales reps or sales leaders who care about the business (love these!), but after that, they make an intro to discuss the next steps with the founder.
$8,500 upfront, one-time payment*. You will receive a paid invoice to use as a qualified business tax deduction.
*Due to high demand and limited monthly availability, pricing will increase soon.
It depends on your unique setup, revenue goals, and speed of execution, but most of my recommendations target quick wins within 30 to 90 days.
In addition to immediate fixes, I will map out a long-term outbound strategy for your sales team to follow once those initial priorities are completed.
No guarantees. No refunds. Actual revenue wins depend on many factors outside of my control and it would be naive to guarantee results.
What I do guarantee is that I will run a comprehensive 2-week outbound diagnostic to uncover your exact problems and give you the best possible solutions to solve them.
You won't be a good fit if your software dev firm is below $1m in revenue (please check "Is my software dev firm a good fit?" above for details).
Additionally, this isn't for you if you don't want to run Founder-Led Sales or if you aren't ready to invest in US-based sales talent and proper outbound sales tools.
I work with one client at a time to give your business full attention. Because annual spots are strictly capped, client referrals always take priority.
Joining the waitlist secures your start date and if a calendar spot opens up early, you'll be the first I reach out to.
Yes. Most of my clients come through referrals.

Before taking on any diagnostic, we discuss your current state. If it makes more sense for you to wait, fix something internal first, or work with someone else, I'll be honest with you. This is why founders trust me and they like working with me.
I only offer the diagnostic when we both see a clear path to high ROI.
